●All participants except invited ones are requested to register online for the Meeting.
For foreign applicants for the English Session:
Those whose abstracts are accepted for presentation in the English Session are requested to register for the Meeting before December 20, 2018. Abstracts without registration will be treated as the withdrawn.
●Registration can be completed by paying the registration fee in advance by credit card.
For on-site registration, please download, fill-in and bring the REGISTRATION FORM to the registration desk. Payment can be done by cash (Japanese yen) or by credit card.

Registration in the Meeting includes:
- Admission to all scientific programs except those with pre-registration, and the commercial exhibition
- Program booklet and online abstracts
- Admission to all educational (luncheon) seminars (ticket is required; ticket can be daily received with name card by ticketing device.)
How to register (For those who complete registration during the discount period）:
- Click the ‘REGISTER’ and complete the REGISTRATION FORM.
- Complete the registration by remitting the registration fee by credit card.
- Completion notice will be received with the information of MY PAGE.
- In MY PAGE, your QR code and the tentative receipt will be available. Your personal data and log-in password can be changed.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation can not be accepted for any reason.
How to participate:
- Print out and pose your QR code at the Registration Desk and receive the name card.
- Be sure to wear your name card during the Meeting.
