Decision to Convene the JSICM2022 Virtually

Due to the impact of the earthquake that occurred in Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures on March 16th (Wednesday) at 23:36, This late-night earthquake that struck off the coast of Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures left huge damage and still uncertain.
So that we have decided to change the meeting format from the Hybrid to Full Virtual format.

Firstly, our prayers go out to the people of Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures hit by that earthquake, hoping for the best as they recover from this event.
For the participant who would like to attend this Full virtual meeting, please review the following procedure.

PROGRAM

*Following details will be accordingly updated on this site at later time once it is fixed

• Originally scheduled program of March 18-March 20 will be conducted as virtual meeting:
• Poster presentation will be conducted with Digital Poster Session with separate viewing period.
• The 1st Joint Scientific Congress of TSCCM, TSECCM, and JSICM and The 22nd KSCCM-JSICM Joint Congress will be postponed.

FOR PARTICIPANTS

• None of you may visit the venue as the Sendai International Center building has been damaged.
• Live and On-demand distribution are available on the web site. You need the ID and PW which have been issued by pre-registration desk.
• Please visit “Service counter” on pre-registration page to download the Receipt / Certificate.
