【On-site Registration】
Please pay the registration fee and receive a participation badge and a program abstract book at the registration desk.
You can pay by cash (Japanese Yen only) or credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX or Diners only).
Please write your name and affiliation on the badge and always carry it with you during the meeting.
【Pre-Registration】
We regret to say that the Pre-Registration system for this meeting is in Japanese language only.
If you wish to use the system, please read the instructions here in Japanese or make on-site registration.
*Regarding cancellation
Please note that registration fee cannot be refunded after credit card payment is complete, and no refund will be made in such cases as natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Educational Seminar (Luncheon)
A ticket for the educational seminar (luncheon) will be required to attend.
You can get the ticket by reading the QR code on the participation badge.

3. Tea ceremony (free*)
We will serve matcha green tea and Japanese confectionaries. You may take a break while seeing the demonstration of tea-serving with the following schedule:

8.Simultaneous interpretation
Bi-directional Japanese-English simultaneous interpreting services will be provided for programs with the mark

A receiver will be provided before each session. After your session ends and before leaving rooms, you will be requested to return it. (Please be reminded that the number of receivers is limited.)
9.Notice
- Recording and shooting are prohibited at venues.
- Please set the mobile phones to silent at venues and refrain from talking on the phones at lecture halls.
- Smoking is not allowed inside venues.
